Monica Kay
Leadership Development Facilitator
Monica joined Youth Unlimited in 2010 and is currently the Leadership Development Facilitator for the chapter. She is passionate about investing in others and has been involved in leadership development and coaching for over two decades. Prior to her current role, she served as Director to the LAUNCH program. Having benefited from the Arrow Leadership Program and her current Doctor of Ministry studies, Monica is keen to apply her learnings as she serves the YU staff on an individual, team and organizational level, helping to spur on spiritual, character and leadership growth.
